Come stay at this high end condo located just steps from the community's private beach access. This well kept home is in a small (only 50 units) community complex on the bluff above the beach featuring a pool and spa. It's a two minute walk from the front door to the exclusive beach stair access. Mid-way down the beach stairs is a furnished view deck for you to relax and enjoy the sunset and surf. The beach is uncrowded and has an excellent surf break.
This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo sleeps 5. The kitchen has been recently renovated (late 2021) including beautiful new flooring throughout the lower level. Open floor plan is spacious and luxurious. You’ll love the fireplace on a cool evening. The master bedroom features a very comfortable king bed and fantastic bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom) plus a twin trundle. The kids will love to chill in the "secret" loft which includes plush beanbags and a tv. The community complex is gated and secure with lush landscaping. The rental includes 2 assigned parking spaces. This home has all the amenities and comforts of home: a large TV in living room & tv in master bedroom, high speed wireless internet and a charming beach cottage feel. This condo is very close to the pool and surfboards and boogie boards are available for you to enjoy.
It is walking distance to the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds/Racetrack, the Cedros design district and many excellent restaurants. It is centrally located with less than a 30 minute drive to Legoland, Sea World, the amazing San Diego Zoo, Downtown Gaslamp district and the ballpark. Grocery stores, a movie theater and shopping are all within 5 miles.
The best amenity is private beach access within the gates of the community. On site pool for you to soak in the San Diego sunshine.

Wonderful Family Destination
Our family of five had a wonderful time exploring Solana Beach and the surrounding communities. The condo is situated in a complex only steps away from a lovely beach. There is also a pool and hot tub our girls enjoyed. The condo was well equipped for families, comfortable and spacious. Stubbs also provides access to beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and umbrellas. We have returned home with sweet memories and a unanimous excitement to visit again!

Great location
We are very familiar with La Jolla area and this time we experience Solana which we are truly in love. Such a beautiful location and a charm area. We will definitely be back next summer!

Spring Break Getaway
We stayed at SEA49 for a week. We loved the location, being so close to the beach/ocean, the many towels, the washer/dryer, paper plates, bowls, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Our youngest loved the loft area! We would stay again or recommend to others. The Qwik Korner nearby has the best sandwiches and a nice little shop!

Sweet Solana Getaway
My husband and I escaped Boston for 2 weeks and enjoyed staying in the Absolutely Beachin Getaway! It was beautifully remodeled and comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the community and can’t wait to return.

Spacious, Beautiful, 2 Min to the Private Beach!
We stayed 8 nights at this property and it was wonderful! The rental staff is helpful and checked in with us. We didn’t need anything as everything was set up very well. There is plenty to cook with, and I especially appreciated the paper plates and bowls to use for our young kids. There are plenty of towels both for the bath and the pool. There’s equipment like boogie boards and beach chairs. The tv is large and the living room is comfortable. The whole stay felt like a wonderful vacation and the 2 min walk to the private beach entry really couldn’t be beat. I already recommended this property to several friends and our kids are already begging to come back. 10/10 recommended!

Wonderful, Relaxing Beachy Rental steps from the Beach
Great beach themed wonderfully remodeled home away from home. Very Clean, Cozy and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and quite comfortable! Our only complaint would be it could use a little more couch space with 4 it was limited, the master bathroom door slides open once closed and the kitchen could use a remodel since the wood seems to hold some smells. Otherwise, just perfect! Would definitely stay again!! Great location in a cute town close to all and amazing beach sunsets and views close by!!

Pros: location, ease of booking, response to the service request. Cons: Barbeque Grill was in terrible condition. the worst is in do's and don't, there was a warning that tenant will be fined cleaning fees if the grill is left uncleaned. if that's the case, why was the grill dirty and filthy to begin with. master bedroom shower had issues. the water flow from the shower head was extremely low in comparison to the other bathroom shower. dishwasher is very old and doesn't wash the utensils properly neither it dries them properly. no cable tv. there was a tv but could not get access to any of the regular channels.

Thank you for your feedback, Malhar. We have inspectors view the property prior to guest arrivals and he confirmed that the barbecue was cleaned. Had we known that the barbecue was not to your satisfaction upon your arrival, we would have sent someone over assess the situation and clean as necessary. When you alerted us to the low pressure in the shower, we sent our handyman out and he was able to fix it right away. Additionally, the owner had an appliance tech check the dishwasher and everything is working properly. The television situation was remedied when our team brought out a new remote. We do hope you enjoyed your stay aside from the difficulties you encountered.Amazing getaway
The house is exactly as described. A small an cozy house at the beach. It has absolutely everything you need and more. Super clean. The closeness the beach is awesome The managing company is very helpful Thanks for such an amazing stay
