Two bedrooms upstairs each with their own large, gorgeous spa-like bathrooms. One bedroom downstairs.

You'll enjoy new televisions and the Sonos sound system while cooling and relaxing with air conditioning after a day in the sun. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals. Just a quarter-mile walk to either Tide Beach stair access or Fletcher Cove Beach Park. Even closer are the shops and restaurants on "The 101."

Solana Beach has a city ordinance that requires a 7–night minimum stay.

No car needed at this place! We flew in and wanted a house that was walking distance to the beach and great restaurants.  We did not realize how many things there were to do a short walk front the house!  We can not wait to come back again.

This place is amazing, both the house and the location...walking distance to absolutely everything.  It's obvious they love and care about this house, and have recently renovated it.  The upstairs bathrooms are especially beautiful and so big!

You will not make a mistake by renting this home!  Not only is it the best location in the area, but it is so charming and the interior design is incredible.  I actually got some ideas for a bathroom I have been wanting to renovate.  Thank you to the owner, allowing us to stay at your place...itis clearly well loved and cared for by the owner.

Best location in Solana Beach, hands down.  I am from San Diego and know it well, and we decided to do a staycation.  I already knew the location could not be any better, when I saw exactly where it was, but I could not believe how nice the place was...so relaxing and beautiful!  We are definitely coming back.
