Welcome to Paradise! This newly remodeled unit will delight you and your guests. New, comfy couches added summer 2021. Enjoy FIVE balconies: one with beautiful ocean views, a second with a peek ocean view, one large, sunny entertainment deck with grill, two with well manicured park and garden views. Elevator leads right from parking garage to unit!

Great for families with easy pool access and 4 tennis courts. Pour a cup of coffee from the Keurig and enjoy the blue Pacific Ocean. King bedroom has walk in closet, bathroom with shower/tub combo and patio. Queen bedroom has walk in closet and peek ocean view from balcony. Third bedroom has twin bed with twin trundle beneath, a love seat and garden view balcony. There is a large office area to set up your work-from-home space. Fantastic ocean view from the well equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit.

Enjoy a day at the nearby Del Mar Race Track or take a 30 minute drive to any of San Diego’s famous attractions including Legoland, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo or Downtown San Diego.

Solana Beach and Tennis Club is one of the larger complexes on the bluffs. This gated community has one swimming pool, two spas, and 4 tennis courts. Don’t forget your racket! Bring your own gear and hit the ping pong table or pool table in the club house. There is a view area to catch those iconic Southern California sunsets unobstructed over the Pacific Ocean. Stair access to the beach is located just south of the complex. Located within walking distance to many restaurants, unique shopping and the Solana Beach Train Station.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

The SB Tennis Club is a great location for a family to have all the amenities (pool, game room, tennis, hot tub) and enjoy having the beach so close (just a walk up/down the stairs). The condo was exactly as described and fit our family of 6 very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed so we were able to cook in the condo and have a great view of the ocean from the kitchen and living room. The staff at Stubbs was very responsive and was a great support throughout the week. Fun places to hike, walk, and play around all week long. We have stayed at the SB Tennis Club location for over 10 years and will continue to visit this gem of a location.

Three bedroom rental at Solana Beach and tennis. Great location with ocean view and wonderful patio in front of unit. Unit was very dated. While clean, cabinets, appliances and furniture were tired and a little worn. No towel rack in guest bath, kitchen not fully equipped. Bathroom sinks did not drain well. Tub/shower in master was very high to step in. Small table in kitchen very unstable. Unit has a lot of potential but needs to be updated.

Family Gathering at Solana Beach

This property suited us perfectly. It was represented well in the photos. I would suggest the owner consider replacing the couch. I'm also unsure if the guest bedroom was truly a queen size bed? On the last few days, there was construction going on below us which was problematic as we had an infant.I think the complex should consider replacing the elevator carpet; it's quite dirty and worn out.

Hello Nataline, We apologize for the construction below you. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over units we don't manage. The properties in this complex are individually owned and while we are often alerted to any nearby construction, there are many times we are not or there are emergency repairs. The elevator is maintained by the complex HOA. We will be sure to tell them about the cleanliness of the elevator and we will re-measure the guest bed to be sure of it's size. We do look forward to hosting your next stay.

This has to be the best location for that part of San Diego. Thank you for making sure the apartment was clean and ready for our stay. Everything was as described, but I think one has to win the unit to appreciate all it has to offer. Love that the beach is sooo close, we went several times a day.

Wonderful view and beach! The nightly sunsets were our favorite. Quick walk to restaurants/shops. Electric bike rental just down the street which was really fun. Comfy beds and couches. Just have to bring your own beach chairs/umbrella and tennis rackets if you want to play. I would've brought ours had I known they weren't provided. Kind of noisy with neighbors going up and down the stairs but typical for a condo complex. Would recommend to a friend for sure. Thanks for a fun week!

Great beach condo for families

The location was great and we loved the ocean views, both from inside the unit and at the oceanfront landing. The open living/dining room was perfect for dinner and evening game-night gatherings. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was handy having the office area. Hopefully, management includes directions to find the kitchen light switches under the right-side cabinet. There were lots of bath towels, but needed beach towels.
