We love staying at DMBC. The facilities are great and we love being next to the tennis courts. It would be nice to have a bit more in the kitchen ie spices, coffee filters. Some units have a bit more. We have stayed in this one a number of times and will definitely be back!

Pleasant
Great location for us due to family in the area. Nice amenities (hot tub especially). Rental staff EXTREMELY attentive to problem heating the unit. They got the heat going, and told us not to worry about heating surcharges that check-in information mentioned. Kitchen utensils were very basic. We bought a spatula/flipper to flip pancakes, left it in the unit for others to use. Not sure I would rent this particular unit again due to challenges with electronic heating elements in each room. Blankets were very comfy. The couch would benefit from some throw pillows to put behind people 5'6" or shorter who may not fit on deep sofa.

South Solana Beach Condo
The property was exactly as described. It was a bit dated yet very clean and was a perfect place for our family for the week. The beach access across the street was fun and shops/coffee/train station were within walking distance (under a mile to everything). The only thing I could gripe about was the fact that almost of the blinds were broken but it was a minor problem really. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and convenient
Overall, we had a nice stay at this rental. We were able to save some money booking directly with Stubbs as opposed to VRBO or AirBNB. The condo was clean. No AC wasn't really an issue until the last couple of days which were hot. Location was great because it was only ~25-30 min from downtown SD and ~1 hour from downtown LA. We had ants crawling around here and there but that was taken care of right away after contacting the management company.

Love DMBC
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is great. Lots of room and nice being next to the tennis courts and pool. Played tennis everyday!Only problems were trying to turn on lights and fans with remote on the wall. Maybe need battery check. Kitchen is good but could use some larger mixing size bowls. Will definitely stay there again!

We really liked working with Dave Stubbs Rental. They are accessible and helpful when we have a question or issue. We also liked Delmar Beach Club (east side). The location of the development is very nice. Our rental was fine. Our complaint was that it was very chilly inside and we could never warm it up adequately. It’s also located next to a neighbor who plays music with her windows open. Mildly annoying. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our rental! Place was clean and organized upon arrival. Kevin and Stubbs staff very helpful and responsive throughout. Location near beach is terrific. We had some unseasonably cool weather and the place did not heat easily. But overall very pleased.

The condo unit is very nice and fit our family well. It is across the road from the beach requiring going through two gates to get to the beach or views of the beach. The jacuzzi jets in the common area did not work and the light by the barbecue was missing a bulb so needed to bring a light to cook after dark. So bottom line; the condo was great the grounds could use some maintenance

Nice vacation rental
We really enjoyed our stay at this place. We had everything we need it. The place was very clean, the beddings and towels immaculate. There were still some construction going on, but not as bad as I expected. It didn't bother us much. I will definitely recommend this place.
