Good Location
This condo is in a great location. We have stayed at Del Mar Beach Club four times now for our annual family vacation. While this unit is a great location and has several pluses, just be warned it is showing signs of heavy rental use and a need for some handy man work.

Love the Del Mar Beach Club
The place is as advertised. This is our second year staying at the Beach Club and we plan to come back. The proximity to the dog beach is the primary draw, but Solana Beach along Hwy 101 is a great little community with dining and shopping in walking distance from the property

Some suggestions, but overall, great!
Staff was helpful. Check-in and check-out was done well.Would strongly recommend locks on bathrooms and master bedroom. That was annoying, as we have kids that can walk in on us. Missing remote for one of the TV's, and the cable remotes don't work well for the tv functions. Receiver remote was dead, with nasty battery acid protruding from the remote. Small things, besides the locks. Overall we had a great experience.

Blissful SEA'renity at Del Mar Beach Club
We enjoyed our stay at this condo since we have another family member who owns a condo in the same complex. We spent lots of time at the beautiful pools with our grandchildren and enjoyed the beach. We played pickleball and appreciated the location close to many restaurants. It worked out very well!

Great week!
This was the first time we stayed in this rental. The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend getting a new shower head for the 2nd shower. The water trickled out of that one so we only used the master shower. There are also no locks on the bathroom doors. It also gets VERY warm in this condo during the day when the sun is out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay here! This was our second time renting from the DMBC. The unit is spacious and worked our great for our family of 4. There were a few things broken or that required attention, and I emailed the management about this items. Hopefully they are taken care of. We'd absolutely stay in this unit again.

May be a duplicate
Nice home. Cleanliness issues. No kitchen towels. No parking, Tennis courts out of order due to parking garage work, only 1 pool open.... and Stubbs did refund a small amount for the inconvenience. The cleanliness issue though was not addressed to our satisfaction. If you pay a fee for cleaning, you should NOT have these issues.

Had a Great Time
This is a quiet, secure community. The location of the townhouse is back across a well-used street and in the middle of a townhouse complex with secure parking. You have to get through the complex, across the street, and through another complex to get to the stairs to the beach, which was like a private beach. We loved the heated saltwater pool just around the corner from the townhouse. The unit itself features a gigantic HD TV, leather sofas, and a tall puzzle or game table separate from the dining table (nicer than the photo depicted currently). It is not a light filled main floor, but we appreciated all the bedrooms being upstairs. The sound really flows up to the bedroom with 2 twin beds but the other two bedrooms were quieter, and both of those features balconies. We cooked almost every meal. The kitchen was missing a couple of things we needed, but Whole Foods is only a mile and a half away, and Von’s is at the next exit. You could stay here without a car if you don’t mind the walk, or rent a bicycle. The bathroom fans are super loud (and ineffective), which means every time someone turns on the first light switch they wake up all the light sleepers. If you have older kids who can learn which light switch is quiet, it won’t be a problem. Our sleep was never disturbed by outside noise. We would definitely return as the beach was beautiful and we saw dolphins in the waves right out front almost every morning at 9:30 or 10am. Have fun!
