Lots of space and great location
We really enjoyed our stay! Had plenty of room for the four of us and the location couldn't be any better. So close to everything! Condo was extremely clean and well kept. Super comfy beds and upstairs couch. Loved all the space in the bathrooms and enjoyed having separate tvs. The only things that could be improved were the shower heads (not much pressure and the water never got really hot) and a keyless entry. Having a key made it difficult with four guests, but we made it work! We loved our stay and thank you for having us!

Beautiful condo
We traveled to San Diego for our grandkids graduations. We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo. Only one recommendation is that it could use a few more pots and pans in the kitchen. We would absolutely rent again.

Wonderful Week
We had a great week's vacation in this Solana Beach rental. Loved the location! The unit was like new, recently renovated with everything clean, well maintained and well stocked.There isn't a view of the ocean from the unit, as it isn't on the beach side of the complex, but a very short walk to the beach. A few evenings we watched a beautiful sunset from beach side of complex, without walking down the steps to beach.A very pleasant walk into Del Mar where we ate a few times. Another evening we ate in Solana Beach.A short drive to Torrey Pines State Park. Already planning on staying here again!

Perfect Location for a Working Vacation
We spent 60 days in SUR29. The unit was exactly as described and photos were accurate. The unit was clean, well maintained, and complex was quiet. Wifi was fast and the primary bedroom had plenty of room for a second workspace (we brought our own folding table). Jennifer, Kevin, & Sebi at Stubbs were SUPER responsive and helpful. We had Hello Fresh boxes delivered weekly to their office and many business FED EX packages delivered there too. This is an incredible location: easy beach access, walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops and cute boutique shops on Cedros.

Peaceful in Paradise!
I’ve been to this unit twice, once for a girls getaway and the other for a family vacation. Both trips were amazing and the condo provided the perfect place for us to gather, rest and socialize. This unit is like new, recently renovated with everything neat and clean and up to date. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a quick coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day, or a full dinner after retuning from the day’s adventures. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and spacious, with fresh linens provided for both. The open living room upstairs connects to the kitchen, dining room and outdoor patio, providing a perfect place to gather and socialize. And there is so much to do in the condo and around Solana Beach! The pool and tennis courts are a few steps away, or take the staircase down to the beach for a morning surf session or an evening sunset stroll along the shore. You can walk into town for a bite to eat or a shopping spree, or head a few miles south to the Del Mar Racetrack or Torrey Pines nature trails to find some fun! You’ll never run out of things to do in and around the Seascape Sur! And your cozy condo will be waiting for you after your busy day, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate and get ready for tomorrow’s adventures!

This Condo is a Gem!
What a place to call home while on vacation! This condo was gorgeous, spotless and completely updated. It sure didn’t feel like a rental, it’s that nice. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back. The location is amazing, within walking distance to all the great spots in Solana Beach yet the complex is so quiet and peaceful! It also has multiple pools and is a flight of stairs down to a fantastic stretch of beach. Two mins from the condo and you’re sitting on a bench above the cliffs enjoying incredible sunsets. This condo is a gem I almost don’t want to share!

Very Impressed
My family and I recently stayed at Cast A Waves condo and had a wonderful time! We were very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the condo as well as, just wow at the renovations. This place looks and feels brand new! We loved the openness of the living space. The upstairs consists of the living room, a sitting area, wet bar, dining area, kitchen and desk/work area, as well as a bathroom. We could all hang out comfortably and visit no matter which room one was in, the balcony feels like an extension of this living space also. The decor and furnishings are top notch and very comfortable, especially the beds! We put the kitchen to good use and were thankful it is very well equipped, not lacking in anything we needed. When we did eat out, we found many great restaurants within walking distance. The outside balcony is comfortable and a fun place to relax, have a cold one and people watch after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this condo!

We'll Be Back
Wow! I want to live here! was my 1st thought upon entering the upstairs living area of this condo. Newly renovated, the living area is very open and spacious, the decor and renovations very well thought out and executed. The condo easily accommodated our group of 5.
The condo is in new condition and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo, also convenient to have a grill on the balcony close to the kitchen. There is a front patio too, with a nice seating area and rack to hang wetsuits, towels, hold surfboards, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and comfortable.
The community complex is beautiful with koi ponds and waterfalls. The pools and hot tub area well maintained. The bluff a fun walk with seating along the way to take in the amazing sunsets.
Fast internet and work space, if you must work. Hopefully not, as there are so many activities in the area and the beach only a short walk along the bluff. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance and in the summer, summer concerts on the beach.
We highly recommend this place and hope to return again and again!

New and Clean
I recently stayed at the Cast-a-waves for a girl’s trip getaway. We had a great time. The place is beautifully decorated and renovated. Everything in the place looks brand new and clean. The beach, pool, and hot tub were great. It was so nice to have a reserved covered parking space and not have to find a spot to park. Solana beach is such a cute town with great food and shopping. I would definitely go back.
