Great location - Too many issues

Our 6-week stay during Covid-19 while my husband was treated at the cancer center. Positive: Location, top-of-the-line appliances, condo layout, responsiveness of property management. Thanks to Jennifer and Tyler who did their best address issues as they arose.Negative: Our opinion as owners of property rentals elsewhere, is that this unit was not rent-ready. Our family has stayed in many beach home rentals over 3 decades--this one had more issues than all combined! Condensed version: electrical/wiring must be inspected before re-renting as several outlets did not work and one buzzed/flashed sparks as we plugged in our cell phone charger. The microwave did not work properly and we had use of it only about 1 week of our stay ( although the repairman was there 3 times); we waited for the new microwave that did not arrive before we checked out. The handyman came on day 8 repaired the inoperable outlets including in both baths, removed the door in the master bath to repair and return the next day, removed the inoperable folding doors on the laundry, attempted to fix the gas BBQ but basically pronounced it dead (after we had refilled the empty tank), various cleaning issues that required staff to return. Vacuum cleaner did not work properly and a new one was ordered and delivered. We replaced the batteries in 2 of the 3 smoke detectors to stop the beeping. Sliding door in master needs attention as it must be lifted to open/close.
