Beach access stairs are adjacent to your gated complex and lead to the shoreline where you can swim, explore tide pools or take a romantic seaside stroll from Solana Beach to Del Mar. The complex features an oceanfront pool and spa. Two designated parking spaces in underground garage.
A small coastal town, Solana Beach is known for wide sandy beaches and great restaurants. Check out "Belly Up," a unique concert venue for nighttime entertainment. You cannot beat BRAND NEW!!!
We absolutely loved our stay in Sandy Dreams!!!! It truly feels like a brand new condo from top to bottom. We have stayed in a couple other condos in Solana Beach (not through Stubbs) and this is by far the nicest one! All the furnishings are new and very cozy. It has a modern feel but still makes you feel right at home. Very well lit, peaceful, and just the right size. The laundry in unit and heating/air was a nice touch. We had such an amazing 10 nights and were actually trying to move flights to stay longer! It was so nice being able to text or call Stubbs and get a friendly helpful response. The king bed is firm and bathroom & kitchen were super clean and updated. This was our first time renting from Stubbs and we will certainly be again! If you are looking for a beautiful brand new condo with a gorgeous view of the cliffs and the pups on Dog Beach, please do yourself a favor and book Sandy Dreams!!! Trust us, we have spent HOURS searching all the sites and you won't find a better place for a better price than right here 🙂

Location, location, location
Del mar shores terrace #32 is perfectly located to watch sunsets, dolphins, pelicans, surfers, and people enjoying the beach. I enjoyed many beach walks myself. The condo was stocked with everything I needed. It's modern and clean. The complex is very close to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. I'm looking forward to returning next year.

Unbeatable view, great comfort and setup
We were really happy with our stay at Del Mar Shores. We love it here, and this unit did not disappoint. The unit is so well stocked with everything you need, everything feels comfortable and well laid out. The folks at Stubbs are across the street, and are available for any questions or suggestions. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd rental at Del Mar Shores with Stubbs and we will definitely be back. Last year we visited in April and had more full sun days, but coming from scorching Vegas we actually enjoyed the "May Gray" this visit. The ocean breeze moves through the unit to freshen everything quickly when opening the sliders. The unit had a dated bathroom and kitchen, but the price helped make up for this. Have to say that the living room furniture should be replaced soon, however, as it is uncomfortable and very squeaky. As with all 3rd floor oceanfront units, the view is SPECTACULAR and we spent a lot of time on the balcony and inside watching the regular surfers both morning and evening. Strolling on the beach and collecting shells is always fun. A pair of binoculars would have been nice to have during the visit, since dolphins regularly play just outside in the surf. The parking spots are separated by a large concrete pillar, which makes parking a bit of a challenge, but it is inside and protected by the gate. Tip: bring some large ziploc bags to put your trash in so that ants won't ruin your vacation...they're drawn to most anything and hauling trash daily to the dumpster isn't much fun. Note for owner: Please check water/ice dispenser for mold and replace plastic parts asap. Overall this is a nice property and we're likely to return as an escape from the Vegas desert heat.

Loved the place and location....I would love to rent again for a week in Solana Beach/Del Mar, but the property did not have air conditioning and it was very hot to sleep. I would love to get a place with an air conditioning option.

Amazing view, nice place
My husband and I stayed here for a month and a half and were so happy with the place. The location can’t be beat and the view is AMAZING. The only thing is that we didn’t get checkin information and had to contact the property rental place when we were on our way to get checkin info emailed to us. But checkin was very easy. The actual unit is not super new, but it was not gross or bad at all. We would 100% recommend it to others and would stay there again. Stubbs was always attentive and got back in a timely manner if we had questions. And again... the view and location was well worth it.

Outstanding Ocean Front Condo Has Everything!
We loved the unit we rented from David Stubbs. Their staff were the best we have ever worked with on a vacation rental. The unit was fabulous--very comfortable new furniture, fabrics and fixtures. Outstanding lighting, fully equiped kitchen, excellent king sized bed, and a lovely bathroom with spa tub. It was a fabulous unit, and the price was very competitive. The secure covered parking was a special bonus. We would go there again without question.

Oceanfront Vacation
Unfortunately the wildfires started the second day of our visit, which meant we did not really enjoy our stay. This had nothing to do with the property itself. We have stayed in these condos before and love the location.
