Amazing View
Loved the view , location and balcony. Great space and clean We appreciated the beach chairs and towels.We didn't mind the no air conditioning since we had the great ocean breeze and fans for the bedrooms at night.

Great view, Great location but......
Definitely needs upgrading regarding furniture and lack of any decor. Sofa had seen better days and was very uncomfortable. Couldn't sit on outside back patio due to 2 large storage containers and dirty old plastic table and chairs. The outdoor door frame in the back room looked like it had been beaten by hammers. What a shame....The employees at Stubbs were great to work with!

Great view with easy access to beach
We have stayed in Solana Beach on 5 different trips and stayed at this location twice. When factoring in cost, view and location, this was hands down the best location we have stayed at. For reference, we are a family of 4 with two young teen children.

Great customer service
We had a great week in Solana Beach.Prior to arriving an issue surfaced with our rental. Before Stubbs even called us, they had 3 alternate properties for us to choose from...what great customer service. Our property was clean and well kept ... and the “starter” were enough to get us going until we could hit the grocery store

Tyler, Jennifer & Kevin make my stay every year at Solana Beach so easy. They respond so quickly to my every need. The unit SUR 94 has wonderful views but could use some updating. The area rugs and furniture are overdue to be replaced. I look froward to renting from Stubbs next year, they truly make the experience effortless.

Great two weeks
We had nice breezes from the Ocean the entire trip, great dinners on the patio, comfortable furniture. When we saw the bedroom was at the back of the unit, it concerned me it might be too hot, but open the patio and it was cool all night. Spent our days at the beach, then back to the jacuzzi, dinner on the patio, so relaxing.

Loved the Location!
Absolutely beautiful location. The views and access to the beach from our condo were spectacular. Condo had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Water pressure was great in the showers! The swimming pools and hot tubs were shut down due to covid.

Hawaii without the flight!
The condo was well equipped, comfortable, and perfect for two couples. The condo complex was beautifully landscaped with running streams with waterfalls and flowering shrubs. The beach outside our unit and very clean and nice. The stairs leading down (127 of them) to the beach were well maintained. Not a bad trek--even for a bunch of aging "seniors". The employees at Stubbs were wonderful and were very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed our vacation very much

Nice Unit, Excellent View, Beautiful Grounds.
Nice unit, excellent view, beautiful grounds. Perfect combination! Especially enjoyed the stream and ponds. It was clean, very well equipped. A few small issues (sticky lock, broken coffee carafe) were quickly and graciously taken care of. Suggestions: Sliding drapes need attention, particularly in master bedroom and there were no batteries for DVD remote. Other than that, accommodations were great. Stubbs provided helpful info regarding the desirability of various units which made renting through Stubbs a very attractive option.

Overall we had a good experience. The unit 94 did not have a blow dryer. Not a big deal but it said it would. The balcony and windows were dirty.

Beautiful area with fantastic beautiful views. A very clean beautiful home furnished with everything you would need. We hope to stay there again in the future.
Our only disappointment was having no grocery stores within walking distance. Any one with small children will need to buy plastic spoons as there is only one teaspoon in the home small enough for a child.

The setting was spectacular, the unit was well furnished, the grounds were beautiful, the staff -- especially complex manager Bob -- were delightfully helpful. Only quibble -- and it is a small one -- is that the unit was not cleaned thoroughly.
It was not filthy, but wasn't cleaned at a standard met by every other facet of the visit. Overall rating: tremendous.

We loved the location of this property! The condo and comples were very clean and well maintained. The Kitchen could have had more/nicer supplies = dishes, utensils, etc., but overall we would not hesitate to stay here again.
