This beautiful condo in Solana Beach will be the perfect home base for all your San Diego adventures! Nicely upgraded with all the comforts of home. Spacious floor plan includes large kitchen and two bedrooms. Two balconies with chairs to enjoy the coastal breezes.
Main bedroom has king bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin size beds. Relax in the jetted tub in the second bathroom.
Elevator access from parking garage makes access easy for those with limited mobility. Washer/dryer in unit.
Solana Beach and Tennis Club is one of the larger complexes on the bluffs. This gated community has one swimming pool, two spas, and 4 tennis courts. There is a view area to catch those iconic Southern California sunsets unobstructed over the Pacific Ocean. Stair access to the beach is located just south of the complex. Located within walking distance to many restaurants, unique shopping and the Solana Beach Train Station.
Enjoy a day at the nearby Del Mar Race Track or take a 30 minute drive to any of San Diego’s famous attractions including Legoland, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo or Downtown San Diego.
Please Note: The Solana Beach & Tennis Club is a non-smoking complex. In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum.
Two underground parking spaces are provided, however they are both between poles and somewhat narrow. This unit is not air conditioned, but the ceiling fans will keep you cool.

Lovely home, close to Solana Beach
My family of four really enjoyed our time at this rental. Great location, very short walk down to the beach (requires walking down a steep staircase to access the beach, might be challenging for some, especially going back up). The beach was not crowded, there was even a water faucet/shower to rinse off at the top. Volleyball net close by, and there was a lifeguard on duty. It’s a public beach, with easy access for visitors to come visit you. Street parking was available for free. Our unit had 2 parking spaces in the garage. Complex felt really safe, you need a code to access the gate to enter by car, and when coming back from the beach.This location is the “second row” from beach front. The rental had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each bathroom had towels, liquid hand soap, and mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Beach towels also provided. Kitchen fully stocked, does have a keurig. We were able to borrow beach chairs, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets and balls from the rental company (Stubbs).Stubbs was great to work with, especially Kevin who helped us when we locked ourselves out one day by accident. This unit uses regular keys to get in vs a keypad. Pictures are pretty accurate in the description. The bathrooms were a little bit smaller than I thought, but it worked fine for my family.Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only 2 things I would recommend, get a better vacuum for the renters to use, one in the unit didn’t work well, and it caused a strong scent after using it. I ended up just using the broom majority of the time, did like that the unit had a wet swifter broom/pads. The other suggestion, if the master bedroom furniture ends up being switched out, is to change the fabric headboard to something else. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location, Spacious Condo
We loved this place! The Condo has very easy access to the beach and the parking, which helped with groceries. However, eating out was simple, we found plenty of great restaurants from local pizza to more refined fare in walking distance. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the living room had a large sliding door, and you can hear the ocean breeze. The beach is a 3-minute walk and drops you right on some nice local breaks great for boogie boarding or surfing. We loved the fact that it was uncrowded, even on the weekend. Overall, the Condo was spacious all on one level with a large family room and kitchen. This was a great location, we did not have to travel to Hawaii for a great beach vacation at Ocean Daydreams. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful and Relaxing
We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Daydreams (145). The layout was perfect for our kids who had their own bedroom. The master bedroom was roomy with a nice porch to sit out in the sun. The real gem of the condo was the large living room/dining room and kitchen. Everything was upgraded and on one level which was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the big screen TV. The beach is literally a 3-minute walk down the steps, and the view from the seats overlooking the ocean was spectacular. Our kids enjoyed the beach as well as the large swimming pool. We will be back to Ocean Daydreams next year to enjoy another great, relaxing experience.
