• Easy access to the Solana Beach Train Station and nearby cities

• Please note: this unit is not equipped with air conditioning

• Pet Policy Notice: Prior approval is required—please call our office before arrival.

• Dogs allowed with prior approval (sorry, no cats)

• $500 refundable deposit + pet cleaning fee

• Pets permitted with 14-night minimum stay

• Community pet rules apply

• No smoking allowed anywhere on the property

• No BBQ grill on balcony, but community grill available near pool

Loved the view from our unit and it was equipped very well. Unfortunately the unit needs updating badly - kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furniture and the heating system

We had a great stay at this ocean front condo in Solana Beach. Amazing views, great ocean breeze, access to beach. The condo is comfortably furnished and has a well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to shops/restauy. Highly recommend this place.

 Great location overlooking the beach. Watching the dogs play is entertainment in itself . Lovely to relax on the balcony, enjoy a glass of wine and read. Within walking distance of several restaurants and the track if you are so inclined. The landlord couldn’t be better. /pc
