We are repeat renters in this complex, and this unit had the best stocked kitchen ever! Everything was labeled, and we even found matches and tape we needed. The furniture was comfortable including the beds. While there is no A/C, the fans were adequate. And while one was not working, we didn't need it on that ocean side room, and only reported it when we were checking out. We especially appreciated having the garage and parking next to the door. We would rent this again!

The unit was well equipped, spacious and clean. It was a great location with easy access to the pool and the beach. Th unit was is dated and a few items need attention - light bulbs and other minor maintenance items. Other than that, we were pleased with our experience at this condo and the management group.

We liked the space and the patio was great to have. We also liked that there was a smart tv in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were also plenty of good chairs, boogie boards, etc. but when I called ahead to see what they had at DAVE Stubbs, they said that they weren’t sure so we ended up bringing chairs and boogie boards that we really didn’t need. It would have been nice to have a picture of the garage with all the supplies provided. Also, it only had one working portable fan. All the bedrooms had ceiling fans, which was great, but we brought our own fans luckily because it was warm on the main floor without them. We also wished we would have had more bath towels. I’m sure we could have gotten them from Dave Stubbs as they were very helpful to offer extra towels, chairs, fans, etc. Dave Stubbs also sent someone over right away to reboot the tv.

We were in Del Mar for a soccer tournament. This condo was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teens. The beach and pools were beautiful. Great location to various beach towns, restaurants and more. Condo was a bit outdated but that was figured into the price. Overall, very comfortable. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels, boogie boards and more. Stubbs Property Management was very helpful and professional!

My family and I loved this spacious condo on our trip from Canada. There were plenty of beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, linens and towels. We felt comfortable and the property management was kind and easy to access if any needs arise. The grounds were immaculate and a very friendly neighborhood. Without question we would return.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. All the comforts of home were here, furniture was super comfy, all the kitchen supplies you needed were available and the location very desirable. We loved walking down to the observation deck with our glasses of wine and taking in the beauty of the sunsets! Neighbors were delightful. Very secure and safe. Loved every minute of our stay! We will return!

We came to celebrate my nephew’s wedding and spend some time with family. The condo had plenty of room for 5 adults, as well as space for some impromptu get togethers. The property was spotless and extremely well furnished and equipped. Location was great for us - only 1/2 hour from downtown.

My only caution would be access to the beach. It was very close, however it was 5 flights down (and up!) which made it difficult for some of us to access.

Property clean, well stocked, very comfortable. Great location. Cloths dryer broke on last day. Repair worker sent out within hours but lacked parts. Not really a big deal.

Our vacation experience was lovely. The unit was clean, large, and stocked with all the essentials needed for a week at the beach. The property and Solana Beach were quiet, safe, and clean. The neighbor was friendly and inviting. We absolutely loved our getaway after a year of no travel.

Our month long vacation rental unfortunately started very rocky. When we arrived at the address we realized this unit was not the unit the agent had sent pictures of for our review before renting. Essentially we were shown a different unit and an error on the part of Stubbs rented us a different unit, one that we were never shown pictures of or a description for. We were understandably upset as the unit we had been shown through email was upgraded and chosen Specifically for certain features. The unit that we were given was not an upgraded unit and we had no profile or information on this unit. I immediately returned to Stubbs And showed Kathy Email evidence that the unit they originally showed us was not the same as the one they rented us . She was apologetic and commented that the woman who handled our reservation usually works in marketing and must have made an error and the unit she sent us pictures of , the agreed-upon unit, was Now rented to other people. She did say we could change properties a week later for an upgraded comparable unit in another development. However traveling with two children and changing arrangements a week later for a month vacation was not appealing. The Next day my husband went to the office to speak with the manager, Debbie, and had a very negative interaction. She was very dismissive and rude saying there was nothing they could do and tried to say that the error was on both parties part? It was very clearly an error on the part of Stubbs And a misrepresentation of the unit they rented us, as they never even sent us pictures of it. While we understand accidents happen the lack of responsibility that Debbie took for the situation and unprofessional attitude was disappointing. As someone in customer service I may have offered the family my Apologies and perhaps a small gesture such as a gift certificate to a nearby restaurant, a reduction in the rent as the unit was not an upgraded unit, etc. But at the least I would have been kind.

The unit was very comfortable and clean. Lots of construction going on in the complex, but it was away from this unit.
