Beach You To It! was a perfect location with great amenities. We spent hours of relaxing time on the balcony enjoying the changing ocean sights. The condo was well equipped, spacious, and clean. The people at Stubbs are always accessible, helpful, and we appreciate their professionalism.

We had a good time and the condo was spacious for our needs. First were taken back about no AC as we didn't notice that on the listing but we left doors and windows open and it wasn't bad. The only thing I might mention is the grill didn't seem to heat up like it should on 2 occasions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The dishwasher could probably be replaced as it smelled a bit. We would have liked to have checked in earlier than 4:00 but the room wasn't ready. We won't make the mistake of taking an early plane again. This was the best vacation we ever had and enjoyed being on the water for a week.

Everything about this property is ideal if you are looking for a view and the beach. Also walking distance to wonderful places to eat.

Great unit, great view, great parking, short walk to unit, all around excellent experience. Only issue was with the internet access in the unit. You have to be right next to the router to use wifi. That caused a few issues for us and we dealt with it for the view. Stubbs was great and very responsive to our needs / requests. I would recommend this property highly.

We came to Solano Beach to visit family and to undergo oral surgery. Our stay at Beach You to It was just what we needed after our ordeal. The kitchen was complete with all we needed (though some of the cooking items were left unwashed), we slept so well on the firm bed and, best of all, the ocean view and the rhythm of the waves were the best medicine we could have hoped for. We felt relaxed and at home in the comfortable and roomy space.

Great month long stay. Beautiful views. I gave everything a 5 star review except I felt the condo needed a bit better cleaning on our arrival. Would definitely recommend this unit. The rental office employees are extremely
helpful.

The condo was perfect. Amazing ocean views. The complex was very quiet and peaceful. It was almost as if no one else lived in the condo complex.

Excellent rental company, very organized and had a detailed map and the keys within 5 minutes of walking into the rental office.

We will definitely be back.

Our family stayed in SUR61 for our spring break and had a great experience! It had everything we needed and wanted, very clean, beautiful view, gorgeous landscaped grounds and pool! We had to check in after hours and the after hours key pick up was simple and all went smoothly. This rental is also close to a lot of things such as grocery stores, restaurants and eateries. Great place for a family to stay and we plan to stay again when we are back out in California! Highly recommended

We had an excellent experience. We contacted Stubbs the first morning because we didn't have a kettle and one was dropped off very quickly. The whole experience could not have gone any another from looking at properties on the website to the dad day we had to return the keys.

There is only one problem with spending a week in this unit overlooking the Pacific Ocean. After 24 hours, you may experience rich fantasies of life overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you’ll ask the Stubbs realty experts to find you a place like this for $750K, and then receive the bad news, gently delivered, that you’ll need to scrape together another $1.5M. But then you’ll frolic in the waves with your family, play tennis on perfect courts, swim in the two pools with jacuzzis, ride bikes, boogie board, barbecue some sea bass from the nearby fish market and sip a cold beer, all of which will numb you to any pain or discomfort you felt during the Pandemic. Perfect location, nicely appointed, great staff at Stubbs, feels like home. Thanks for a great vacation 10/10.

Gorgeous view over Solana Beach. We wanted a quiet setting & it definitely is. Thankful for strict HOA about no noise, partying, etc. Condo was older but very clean. From condo to beach is about 145 stairs. Heated pool was fine, hot tub was closed (Covid??) during our stay. Beds very soft. Tyler and Michelle at Stubbs did a great job ensuring we were comfortable (I.e. beach towels, a Keurig). We’d stay again.

We had a great time and everything worked out fine. Initially, we had some issues with the cleanliness of the property, but a small crew took care of it quickly. We really enjoyed the views directly onto the ocean, the quiet surroundings, and the cool, safe parking.
