Our 48th year to DMBC through Dave Stubbs did not disappoint. As always the location can’t be beat. The condo was comfortable, well stocked and the perfect gathering for family time. We appreciated the unbelievable customer service from Tyler and crew at Dave Stubbs as they navigated through unexpected complex roof replacement. Another fabulous year we are already counting the days until next year.

Thanks so much for having us in your Live in the Sunshine home in Solana Beach. The grounds were beautiful with great access to the beach and pools. The home was very clean. Staff were highly responsive to our requests before and after check-in. At one point I called with a mild concern and a maintenance worker was at the home quite quickly.

We love Del Mar Beach Club with its accessibility to the ocean. It’s in such a great spot and is close to San Diego and also easy to get to the theme parks. The grounds are always nice and clean. This unit is spacious and updated. They have a well stocked kitchen and lots of towels and bedding and beach chairs. The beds and couch are all comfortable. We are hoping to come back and stay here soon!

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our time there and the services provided by Stubbs were excellent. The only issue was the showers could have been cleaner. There was mildew in shower curtain liner and in the grout. Also the floors in the condo could have been cleaner as well.

As always the Del Mar Beach Club does not disappoint. The kitchen in this unit is amazing and perfect for a family gathering. Missed having a BBQ and patio table out back, hoping to see those next year to really complete the vacation vibe and help with easy vacation BBQ meals. The washer went out prior to our stay, and Dave Stubbs provided excellent customer service for the inconvenience. The new washer was fantastic.

Have visited Solana Beach for over 45 years now, and leave each year counting down the days to our return. The Del Mar Beach Club and Dave Stubbs as well as wonderful places like this unit are a huge part of that excitement.

The unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Close walk to pools or ocean. Quiet clean complex. My only complaints are that the floors could’ve been cleaner, throw rugs washed or switched between new guests and shower curtains washed or replaced. The grill needs new grates. We couldn’t use the grill because the grates looked very rusty. Overall, a decent property but needs a little extra cleaning in some areas. Beach was beautiful. A lot of stairs but worth it. Location was great. We enjoyed hiking at Torrey Pines (10 min drive), kayaking at La Jolla, Padres game, downtown San Diego, and visiting Del Mar, Cardiff by the Sea, Encinitas and Carlsbad. My daughter went to Disneyland with her family which was a little over an hour drive with no traffic. I would rent through Stubbs again. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. We would definitely come back to this area!

We totally enjoyed DelMar Beach Club. Brought the grandkids this year and they had the BEST TIME ever they said. We have been staying at DMBC for over 20 years and it has always been terrific.

Location was great if looking to be nearby the ocean. The home was well stocked and well prepared to host guests. Lots of kitchen amenities for cooking. Home as pictured.

I have rented properties through Dave Stubbs and have always been very pleased. This property is NOT up to the standards I expect from you and was not a good value. I had to have the floors recleaned as they were filthy. The carpet up the stairs was filthy...stained and spotted. The sofa had broken springs, the remote control for the living room tv did not work, the area rugs in the living room was thread bare. The kitchen was very poorly outfitted....very few glasses, minimal pots and pans, mismatched tops for the pots, and the drawers needed wiping out. The baths were fine...master-nice, but the linens were in a lot of disorder..difficult to find which sheets fit which beds. Towels were worn. Overall, this was a very subpar unit. Again, I have had good luck in the past, but I will need a lot more information before I rent with you again.

Major error in reservation even with a deposit but it was somewhat rectified by prop. management company. However was not in the location that was promised.
