Awesome Stay

Very nice condo with a number of amenities. Maybe a 5-minute walk to beach including the stairs down. Property management incredibly nice and helpful. A/C keeps bottom floor nice and cool, upstairs fairly cool. Very clean, nice big kitchen, great living area, nice size bedrooms, and nice bathrooms. Downstairs covered parking for two vehicles was very nice as well. Highly recommend this condo.

Solana Beach CA

We had a great time visiting Solana Beach CA. We originally reserved a beach front 1 bedroom condo at the Del Mar Beach Club. There was work being done on the decking for the units in that building so Stubbs wasn't able to provide that unit but they did put us in a 3 bedroom unit in the same complex.
It wasn't beachfront but it was still close to the ocean. The unit was immaculate and Stubbs was very good about communicating with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Beautiful Townhome in Beachside Gated Community

Our family had a wonderful stay during the holiday season at this townhome. The home is beautifully renovated and was prefect for our family with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony has a view of the ocean which is just across the parking area and down the steps. My kids were so happy to be able to enjoy the community’s heated pool in the winter. Would definitely recommend this home. The management company made sure to check in with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. They are just down the road from the property.

First class stay

Amazing modern living space, perfect place to relax, comfortable couches, great beds, kitchen area is top notch. Parking space under cover is a plus. Only drawback is lots of stairs to bring suitcases up and down.
