Having had recent orthopedic surgery, the original unit we had rented would have been a challenge. Kevin and the management quickly accommodated our needs and upgraded us to this gorgeous unit. We were able to realize our California Dream, Pacific Sunsets while enjoying a drink on the balcony, watching Star-filled skies while in bed and then waking up to morning coffee watching surfers ride the waves. A definite 5 Star experience.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes Oceanfront Views! The Oceanfront views were spectacular and the sunsets were fantastic every evening. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We will return.

We rented this condo for a week. The view is amazing with easy access to the beach. The condo had everything a person required and was clean. Stubbs was very organized and extremely helpful even with packages we had delivered to the unit.

"I've been renting from Subbs Rental for over 15 years, and Kevin, Tyler, and Jennifer have consistently been fantastic to work with. They are quick to return calls and always go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled smoothly. The unit is very clean and organized, with everything I need for a comfortable stay. The views of the Pacific Ocean and the sound of the breaking waves are outstanding. The unit could use some refreshing, especially the main bedroom rug, and it would benefit from a new coat of paint and newer furnishings. If those updates were made, this unit would be my first choice.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Solana Beach at this rental. The views from the balcony and main bedroom were fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the waves and the surfers and sunsets in the evening. The condo was very comfortable and the access to the beach was awesome. The area was convenient and there are lots of places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. Check-in was a breeze and staff was very friendly and professional. Rental had lots of beach accessories. Look forward to coming back in the future.

I've rented from Stubb's before and I will again. This experience was amazing. The patio views from this condo are unmatched. I was obsessed with taking sunset photos from the patio. We enjoyed grilling on the bbq while sipping on tasty beverages. Really felt like home. We come to Solana often amd this place made us feel like locals. The beach is amazing. We explored the beach every morning and combed the beach for really cool shells. We saw many dolphins swimming down the coast line from as well. Absolutely magical!

This condo is spacious and has a gorgeous view. We had fun watching the surfers from the balcony. However, it has many minor, some annoying, maintenance issues. The owner apparently doesn't think maintenance is important. However, when, for instance, every time you open the microwave door, you have to tug on it, or everytime you lock the front door it's difficult to lock, or everytime you see peeling paint, over time (two weeks) these things lessen the quality of the experience of staying there. I gave a list of issues to the management company. Hopefully, something will be done. Otherwise, I would recommend this property with reluctance.

The apartment has a good location and a really stunning view of the ocean. The interior is a bit dated, but has big spaces. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms needs renovation and furniture needs an upgrade. The grill on the deck is very old and rusted. This needs to be replaced. They provide beach towels, but no beach umbrella or beach chairs which is a bummer. Overall good stay. The management company seems great, we just never needed to call them during our stay.

It is a lovely place. October isnt the best time to go. Our daughter lives near by. This is why we were there.
It was cool and days were short.
I am sure springtime/summetime would be beautiful. We could hear the ocean. The ocean was right outside our windows. Beautiful views.

We Loved our stay at this ocean front unit! The views were incredible and my husband and I loved relaxing on the porch having a cocktail and watching the waves roll in! The unit is spacious and had everything we needed during our stay, even a washer and dryer. We want to come back!

I love the condo, but I notice that nothing has changed there in 3 years... the coffee machine is old, the beach chairs are rusty, there are no beach towels, etc. That said, the location can't be beat, and we love the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of Seascape Chateau, will come back, would recommend it..

Unit was not in excellent condition. Here are the particulars: Front porch light out for entire stay, (unlock door in the dark) Front door lock was difficult (old/wornout?) BBQ was filthy, TV was out for 3 days, Dryer out for 3 days, No instructions for how to use the TV, phone or computer access, Unit was not ready til 5pm
