This is a very comfortable condo. Very well equipped, stocked with the essentials and then some. It is very clean and updated. This is one of the nicest condos I have stayed in during my many years renting here. We are very pleased with Stubbs, they are easy to deal with, very helpful and accommodating, especially Jen and Tyler.

The location is heavenly. The patio is right atop the bluff and you can easily hear the ocean 24/7. The decor inside is my favorite of any recent vacation property, pleasant shades of blue and green. Very quiet overall inside.

My wife songs I travel to San Diego often and usually rent by the beach. Our preference is usually a two bedroom for the space and on the chance one of our adult kids may want to visit. This one bedroom with 1.5 bath was a pleasant surprise. Easy access ( we’re older), newer renovation and right on the bluff. Stubbs, our agents were the best. Professional, caring and went the extra mile to be of help. You can’t go wrong here.

The property is located in a great location with wonderful Ocean views. It was described accurately and managed by a wonderful management company. The unit itself is very nice, however, the complex should have more outdoor lighting and perhaps more railings on the stairs throughout.

The Solana Beach and Tennis Club , one bedroom rental from Dave Stubbs was very nice with sunsets and ocean views from the living room. The Complex was secure and well maintained .

Good unit -upgraded and clean with all the amenities.Nice kitchen with all the appliances, one of the upgraded units in the complex. As the unit is somewhat higher than the other units at the beachfront, there is not a super view of the ocean like from the other units

We were looking for beachfront and warmer weather than the Midwest. Sea Gem delivered. The unit was very nicely decorated and outfitted. We would have appreciated better pillows and more towels. When the unit above was occupied you could hear them walking and they were VERY early risers; which we aren’t. But the view and the unit and the location were excellent.

We loved our stay at Sea Gem. It definitely had all the amenities we needed and more. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and sky. The weather was a bit chilly for normal people but we're from up north so we enjoyed the pool everyday! It is very clean with lots of space for two for sure! Thank you!

We had a very nice stay. The Stubbs staff was very helpful and worked with us regarding any of our concerns. The first unit (Salty Shores) was very nice! It was clean and in great condition. However, about 6 days into our stay the unit next store started a renovation project! But, Kevin was very helpful and was able to move us to an equally as nice unit.

Sea Gem was also very nice, clean, in great condition. Had a nice patio.

We would recommend Stubbs and will use them again if we stay the area.

The condo is updated and cheerful. We loved it. We didn’t want to leave. We wish we owned it. Ocean sounds and ocean view. Interior is spacious, yet compact, cheerful & relaxing colors. Bathrooms plenty of counter space. Great shower. Ample closets. Kitchen appliances and wash dryer great. Kitchen well outfitted. We did lengthy ocean walks everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. Beach is fantastic. Lots of reading and podcast listening. Unwind, reflect, heal, re-charge! Walk from car to condo, easy. Walk to beach includes 80+ stairs, easier than it looks or sounds!

The Condo was fantastic but there was construction going on near by with no advance notice. The first day (a Saturday) it was load but after that we barely noticed the noise. Just wish we were advised before we got there.

This condo was everything I expected for a birthday week of peaceful sunsets viewed from your very own front porch. I couldn’t have asked for more. The condo was perfect and very well supplied for the week and management was very helpful. I honestly didn’t want to leave.

Condo was beautiful newly remodeled. Very comfortable. Nice location could hear waves crashing but being on a cliff could not see them. Next time will stay where you can see the waves. The complex looks weathered. People were friendly and it was nice and quiet. Stubbs staff friendly.
