3rd time, comment; the condo and parking was hard to find Way better signage would help a lot

Perfect October getaway. The weather was perfect, amazing sunsets and the location cannot be beat. Solana is where our heart is. This is our second time staying in this condo and it has everything we needed for our couples vacation. Love, love, love everything Solana. Love, love, love Stubbs. We will be back soon. The oceanfront condo provided a pleasant retreat for a short winter work/vacation by the beach. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and included a covered parking spot, which was a major plus for us. The beach's proximity was a delight.
Arriving at night made locating the condo a bit tricky, as the instructions didn't specify the levels clearly. We later discovered that A, B, C, and D represented various levels, with A being the ground floor. Our parking spot was conveniently close to the condo, and once we figured out the layout, it was very easy to access.
However, we found the utensils dirty and had to wash them before use.

This is our second stay at Slow M’ocean. The new flooring is a nice upgrade. The musty smell was greatly reduced but not eliminated. We wish there was basic cable but bought an antenna and we’re able to get local news and network shows. We love the location, parking, proximity to the complex pool and to Del Mar Racetrack.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a week over 4th of July. Condo was amazing, Stubbs is the best ever and we love Del Mar Beach Club. Very safe and clean with private access to one of the best beaches in San Diego. We've booked work Stubbs several times and will again many more. Great locations and superior service.

As in the past, excellent service / attention from the Stubb's Staff!

Unit was light / bright / clean / well-furnished for a rental except for inadequate silverware.

TV was a major disappointment. While new big screens were nice, the "LG streaming only" wi-fi connection would prohibit our renting the unit again -------no national network programming / no live sports / no nightly news.

I would recommend this unit to a friend if the TV situation is not an issue.

It would be beneficial to the DMBC, if the HOA would gather "open minded" property owners (both pet and non pet owners) to discuss and agree upon a viable/ realistic plan for pet owners. It would most likely enhance the property value for all property owners.
I would be pleased to discuss my thoughts with any and all.

When we walked in to the condo, the view was breathtaking. The kitchen was stocked with all that is needed for a feeling of home. Everything about this condo was comforting and magical.

Great location and comfortable unit. There was construction at the pool but there was another pool to use accross the street so it worked out fine. Nice beach below and the sunsets were beautiful.

Condo very nice, Great location, Easy to get to from car or foot, Well equipped kitchen, Comfortable firm bed, 2 bathrooms nice to have, Great washer and dryer, New LG TV had a great picture, BUT Did not ever get or understand how to operate the internet based TV system. Tried simply to watch the Today show and or the local NBC/CBS/ABC TV stations and could never access. Missed all March Madness games as could never identify how to get to what I thought should be a CBS station. Light under microwave is out, Light on table by sliding glass door out. New flooring was nice and comfortable

The staff at Stubbs were very responsive and pleasant. We were very dissatisfied with the smell in the condo and the very old and dirty looking furniture. Significant improvements are needed in the quality of the furniture and eliminating the musty/mold/wet dog smell that lingered on my clothes after I got home.

Thank you Marylu. While oceanfront properties have the most incredible views, they are also the most exposed to moisture and marine weather. This can cause some odor to those that are sensitive. The owner does take care of her property and recently upgraded the bed, so we will be sure to alert her to the condition of the couch.

Condo has a great view and a nice patio. It is next to the pool but there are very few people who walk by... we felt it was very private. The condo has a nice kitchen, washer/dryer along with two bathrooms and two double beds in the bedroom. Del Mar Beach Club has a private stairway to the beach which is a plus (expecially with Covid). As always Stubbs staff were friendly, supportive (had a few lightbulbs go out)and very responsive. You can walk to several restaurants, the shopping on Cedros, coffee shops and the CVS is close by as well. Solana Beach is a wonderful place. Stubbs always has quality properties that are clean and comfortable.
