Paradise On the Sea

This unit is just stunning. Literally above and sournded by waves... beautiful Solana beach waves. For a condo in this area-it’s HUGE!! Boasting three amazingly sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Salt water is very hard on the workings of houses so the unit shows wear-but who cares-everyday all day and night you are surrounded by natures absolute beauty. It should also be noted that this unit is in a corner all by itself so it’s wonderfully quiet. We honestly can’t say enough about Stubbs Realty and staff. We have chosen them several times in the past and they never never disappoint!! Incredible company to work withALWAYS!!!! I won’t to go back NOW please:)

Chill Beach Vaca

This unit was perfect for us! We loved being on the corner and seeing the incredible view from the living area and kitchen. Two of the bedrooms had incredible views as well. The location was great - the beach was never crowded and we enjoyed swimming, surfing and just hanging on the beach. Stubbs was a great host - the guy checking us in knew our unit may not have a good selection of beach gear so offered theirs. We checked out chairs and an umbrella for the week which was perfect. They also texted us in the morning of our arrival to say the unit was clean and ready and to come by whenever we got to town - that was a really nice touch and it was wonderful to check in early. We will stay with Stubbs again for sure!

Sunglow Horizon July 2025

The location and view of Sunglow Horizon just can't be beat, and being able to take in the sea and sunsets from the deck and comfortable living room makes it so enjoyable. The master bedroom is perfect, waking up with the sea view can't be beat.
Just as important was Stubbs management team. We were in the area for medical treatment, and Stubbs really worked to accommodate us. Excellent customer service. Without a doubt, when we're in the area again, we'll be calling Stubbs.

Loved the view and location. Nice roomy living space.

Rental company very helpful. Only complaint. We had pickleball tournament planned with our family and were told we had to have quiet paddles to use court. It would be nice if company had 8 paddles renters could use.
