waterview condo

Fantastic view. Very nice accomodations. One major concern: There are approximately 20 steps to the lower unit with another 3 steps down to the condo. Both my wife have handicaps. I am a disabled veteran. If the owner would include something for handicaped people and steps that would be most helpful

Great Winter Escape!

We rented this recently upgraded condo for five weeks this winter, and had a great experience! Ocean-front location with view of the ocean and sounds of the waves, convenient walking to beach and shops, and good security were all appreciated. Kevin was extremely cordial, and responsive to any questions or requests we had.

Beautiful updated Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Retreat. The condo was beautifully updated and very clean. We especially loved listening to the waves crashing below the cliff. Stubbs office personnel were amazing and very accommodating to work with. They went above and beyond to assure our vacation was enjoyable!

Beautiful Ocean View/great location

Highly recommend this property...traveled from east coast/arrived late- check in was very easy - Stubbs office is across the street! Beautiful beach, tennis courts....centrally located including easy access to "the 5"....very comfortable, has everything you will need

Sunset retreat

Great location and unit. It would be nice if there were a few kitchen amenities. A few washing machine pods, extra roll of paper towels, maybe roll of foil, Saran? Also since cannot use disposal, extra garbage bags.
