Nice place in a good neighborhood
We came here to see family over the holidays and do a little tourist stuff. This was a perfect base of operations, being close to I-5.

Great location and relaxing retreat for Breeder’s Cup and vacation to San Diego area. The condo has plenty of room. Guests sleep peacefully while those in the kitchen and main rooms are not heard. WiFi extender in bedroom. We felt secure and safe everywhere on the property. Good restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Spacious and great location
Extra large condo with lots of space. Well equipped. Terrific location. We had a toddler who was able to open the front door even when locked, so families with small children might want to note that extra vigilance may be required. 🙂

Holidays in San Diego-Solana Beach
We enjoyed our stay in Solana Beach over the holidays. The condo was nice, well equipped. We mentioned to management that the jets on the large tub did not work, which wasn't a major issue for us, and the dishwasher didn't rinse well for some reason. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Beautiful Condo
This is an exceptionally lovely and well appointed rental. The only caveat is there are a lot of outside stairs (property is located on a hill) and as a senior couple, it was a little challenging. Still, it's a lovely place and Stubbs Real Estate were very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Location!
We wanted to find a great option for us to use and this was absolutely perfect for our trip. Close to the beach and many locations we were wanting to visit. The amenities available were wonderful as well - 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, as well as tennis courts.

Lovely property in Seascape Sur
We had an extended stay here that was great. The property has a great heated pool and hot tub. Our unit was well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few updates but in general it was very functional. We would definitely return.

Great location close to the beach
Well appointed condo with a very comfortable large bed. Access to some very nice beach views from the property. Off street parking was nice. Stubbs personnel were friendly and extremely responsive to any inquiries we made both before and during our stay.

Location, management, ease of check-in, comfort were all exceptional. 4 star on cleanliness due to the old musty smell, condition of washer & dryer, and the filthy condition of the standing fan which we had to use because there is no air conditioner. I cleaned the fan myself before using. They also did not provide an iron which we desperately needed.

Property Review
The condo is clean, spacious, well equipped and is as described in the advertisement. It is easy to get to, has a beach location, but has easy access to I-5 to take you anywhere in San Diego county you wish to go. This property is perfect for a week or a month. Good internet signal. I'll definitely use this property on future trips to San Diego! The management company is awesome to work with and provided clear direction to get to the keys (I had a late check-in) and find the condo with easy to follow maps and documents.

Perfect location
We had an amazing stay. The location is close to everything with easy access to the highway. 4-minute walk to the beach (which felt very private!), 30 seconds to the 1 of the pools on the property with a hot tub, 1 minute to the garage for your car very convent all around. The condo itself is laid out really great and worked very well for our family of 4. Great kitchen with everything you need. Main living room has a nice surround sound system for movies with 2 great big sliding doors to let in the breeze. The master bedroom is very private, the 2nd bedroom is very nice (recommendation as we had 2 little kids put some towels around the corner of the bed frame as it is shin height and hurts when you run into it!). Stubbs was great to work with as our this was our first stay in San Diego and would recommend anyone looking to travel to check them out. They were extremely responsive to all my questions and made the stay great!

Luxury condo, clean, beautiful, well equipped, close to ocean
My daughters and I had a luxurious girls get away in this beautiful condo that was even nicer than we expected! The beds were very comfortable, the 2 & half baths were clean & modern. All the decor was beautiful & cohesive with nice art, furnishings looked vintage/Mediterranean, my daughter loved to play the piano. We appreciated the live plants on the 3 patios with seating areas that looked out into beautiful landscape of the complex. With open windows, the ocean air was pleasant. Beautiful tennis courts, heated swimming pool & jacuzzi (quiet night swimming), and a very short walk through the gorgeous grounds to the ocean with polite lifeguards. The Stubbs staff (across the street) were extremely helpful and kind. Great restaurants & shopping you could easily walk to: Bangkok Bay Thai, Madeline’s Cafe, Neiki Solana Beach gifts & souvenirs, Del Mar Fair is near by. We felt very spoiled, Wish we could stay all summer!

Well located spacious condo with resort amenities.
We rented for 10 days to vacation in San Diego area in February. The community is situated on gorgeous Solana Beach, and walkable to an upscale design district with a music venue, shops and restaurants. The condo is spacious enough for 4 guests, with a comfortable living room and dining room. Kitchen was adequately equipped too. Management company was very responsive and remedied minor issues right away. Parking is covered, secure and on site.

Seascape Sur #15
Everything was great except for a few things which took the rating from 5 stars to 4. The walk from the garage to the unit with luggage and supplies was way too harsh. The main TV in the unit didn't work but Stubbs did a magnificent job to help get it fixed. Beach access is almost impossible carrying chairs etc. Steps are too many and too steep. The unit itself was excellent.

These condos are built on top of tall bluffs and offer wonderful views. Comfortable, Like Home
This place is very comfortable, like home. We stayed 7 nights and appreciated the roomy space, amble utilities, and easy beach access. The location is about 20 min drive from the main tourist spots and our favorite restaurants, but you got everything you need at home. We truly enjoyed this relaxing and great vacation.

More Than We Were Looking For
Bo had experienced a software issue that had a slight impact on us. To our supreme delight Bo did everything he could and over delivered on getting this little glitch to be nothing and ultimately, because of his service, my family and I had a fantastic stay at the place. Thanks Bo!
