This 2-bedroom + den, 2.5-bath, 1670 sq. foot townhouse is located on the north side of Seascape Sur away from the street and close to the provided beach access. This unit is only accessible by stairs, no elevator is available.
A comfortable king master bedroom includes television and has a full ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the upstairs den offers extra space and a desk. The bedrooms and bathrooms are amply furnished with high quality linens. Additional amenities include 2 garage parking spaces and public parking outside the complex. There is also WIFI and cable. The guest bedroom has a TV, but no cable.
The quiet and relaxing, Seascape Sur complex sits right on a bluff in Solana Beach. The complex offers two tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated year-round) jacuzzis and beach access. This charming seaside community is within walking distance to Fletcher Cove, Dog Beach, Belly Up Tavern, Cedros Shopping District, The Train Station, and many outdoor restaurants. It is also conveniently located thirty minutes to downtown San Diego and many famous attractions such as Sea World, Legoland, and the San Diego Zoo.
When combined with our fabulous weather, the Seascape Sur complex is truly casual, coastal living at its finest and is a great place to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Lovely condo near beach
Spacious condo very well equippped.Easy access to the beach. The complex also has 2 lovely swimming pools.

Some issues
The people at Stubbs were very kind, professional, and helpful. I have no issue with them, but the owner needs to make some repairs on the property. The washing machine doesn’t work. It only adds an inch of water, which means the clothes don’t get wet or clean. Same issue with the dishwasher, items are not getting clean, nor does the dish tab dissolve. There were a couple of visibly dirty items in the drawers when we arrived. We rewashed everything. There were only two beach/pool towels for 4 people and one bath towel per person. No board games or cards. Maybe the management agency can make suggestions to the owners for improving these issues. The condo itself is nice with nice furniture and the location is terrific. Unfortunately the heated pool is not actually heated.

Very nice and spacious unit perfectly suited to our group – two adult couples. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor were comfortable and conveniently located. Dining, kitchen and living room are upstairs and all are in very good shape. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you may want to prepare anything from light breakfast to a dinner for six – as we had done.We are repeated visitors to the area and found Stubbs rentals are very well maintained and very easy to check-in check-out process. Looking forward to our next trip

Winter Getaway
Fantastic location and the unit has a lot of space.Would be cautious recommending this unit to anyone who has mobility concerns - awkward step down/step up layout in the kitchen/living room area that can be easy to fall if not watching. They put colored tape all over to alert you, but just is a bit odd.Also, unit could use some general straightening & TLC. Old comforters thrown haphazard in closet and messy stacks of random linens. Some of furniture is a bit beat up.

We enjoyed a week at this wonderful condo. It was clean, comfortable and in a very nicely maintained community. You cannot beat the short walk to the pool, hot tub, bluff view and amazing beach!

Unit needs some work
We love the Seascape Sur gated community. Our first two rentals were excellent, but this unit needs some TLC. There was a water leak in a wall. A plumber was sent within a day. Numerous lights had burnouts. A window had a plastic sheet over it. A sink spray handle became stuck in the open position.

Great spot and amenities
Our family had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent—beach access, pool, tennis, and walking to stores and restaurants. The management company was helpful when we had questions and provided additional beach equipment for us to use. The rental is fully stocked with all the items we needed, including lots of kids games. The only area of feedback we had is that there were certain areas that could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to San Diego!

Great location, minor tweaks needed
This place was spacious and the common areas were well lit and very pleasant. Entry was had moldy outdoor furniture and the first half of stairs had no railing, which made it inaccessible to my mom.

Nice but tired...
We arrived late in the evening to our condo and upon arrival found clean sheets and clean smelling bathrooms but there was a layer of dust on everything. The furniture is a bit lived in, the pots and pans were scratched and in pretty terrible condition. Kitchen items old.The coffee maker was well used and stained dirty. Multiple light bulbs out throughout the house. The furniture and rugs had some stains. It truly looked like someone lived there at some point before our stay. To say the least, we were a bit disappointed. The saving grace was the location to the beach and pool. Contacted Stubbs, not very helpful. After asking for a relocation within the area, they had nothing, so we were stuck. Asked for at least our cleaning deposit back, wouldn’t do it. They said they would have it cleaned for us later in the week. We asked for new pots and pans and a new coffee maker and after some discussion they sent those over. We had a fantastic week in Solana Beach and ended up enjoying our time near the beach and pool, despite the rocky start with the condo and rental company.

The owner puts great care into her home and purchases quality items from West Elm, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, etc., including high-end custom items like chandeliers and throw blankets. Our team inspected the property prior to your arrival and noted that it was cleaned meticulously. Per your request, we sent our housekeeper out again to touch up and clean carpet. Additionally. we delivered a new coffee maker, new shower liner, new hairdryer, a new barbecue brush, and new pots and pans to replace ones that were only a year old. As one of our top booked properties with excellent reviews, it's surprising that you had so many issues with this beautiful property.Rental Review
We had a fantastic stay at this rental in Solana Beach! The unit was clean, very spacious and well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you will need in a long term rental! The Stubbs team was very helpful with any requests we had. I would highly recommend this rental!
