Just a few steps along the top of the bluffs past the ocean view heated pool and jacuzzi will take you to stairs that lead down to the beach where you can rest on the sand or splash in the Pacific Ocean.

Walk over to the Cedros Design District to shop, then stroll to one of the many fantastic restaurants for dinner before catching the sunset back at the condo. You won't be disappointed.

There is a recreation room (subject to HOA rules) and sunbathing/sunset terrace for you to enjoy.

Great location is easy to walk to Solana Beach hot spots including restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Also within walking distance is the Solana Beach train station, where you can easily head to Downtown San Diego, or Oceanside, Orange County or even Los Angeles.

Check out the local trails at San Elijo Ecological Reserve or the Coastal Rail Trail.

In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum.

•  Dogs are welcome at the property. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. 

•  Please do not leave your dogs alone or unattended during your stay. 

•  We ask that you do not allow your dogs on any furniture or beds.

•  A $500 refundable pet deposit and a pet cleaning fee are required to ensure the accommodation is maintained in pristine condition.

•  All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the trash.

•  We ask that you observe HOA rules that are included in your welcome packet regarding pets. These rules also apply to Service Animals.



Please note that this property is located on the ground level directly above steep bluffs, allowing for phenomenal views.

Stovetop has three of four working burners, supply issues causing delays in replacement. No cable, but streaming services are available.
