Just blocks away from the Del Mar Fairgrounds and the train station which will take you south to downtown San Diego, the Padres ballpark, Old Town San Diego or north to Oceanside and beyond. Seascape Sur is the residence of choice for the Del Mar Race Track seasons. Beach access stairs at the northwest of the property lead right to the Pacific Ocean and a secluded beach. Seascape Sur has a number of stairs throughout the property and would not be appropriate for those with mobility issues.
